Yesterday a rumor started floating on internet that Windows 7 build 7106 will get leaked in 24 hours. However no one took this rumor seriously as their was no evidence or screenshot from claimer. But it seems its real Windows 7 build 7106 and its leaked on internet but here is big downside, Windows 7 build 7106 is leaked only in Chinese version and no English version. Windows 7 Build 7106 leaked is confirmed by many users, both Windows 7 build 7106 Chinese version x86 and x64 are leaked and available for download on file sharing websites.

russians already have russian LP for 7106 -.- so its possible :) they modfyed 7077 one, however there is no english pack for 7077 unless you know how to extract it from wim file.
Hmm...well, I got the setup in english, but the I got an error while trying to upgrade from within the Chinese version. "You cannot upgrade to an operating system with a different language than the one on your computer."
Well if you didnt change install.wim in anyway, they you only got setup in english :) there is bunch of files that needs to be replaced in install.wim to make it work.
GImageX Beta for Windows 7 Beta
The Windows Automated Installation Kit (Windows AIK) is a set of tools and documentation that support the configuration and deployment of Microsoft® Windows® operating systems.. By using Windows AIK, you can automate Windows installations, capture Windows images with ImageX, configure and modify images using Deployment Imaging Servicing and Management (DISM), create Windows PE images, and migrate user profiles and data with the User State Migration Tool (USMT).
GImageX is a third-party graphical version of the ImageX command-line tool from the Windows AIK.
With the release of the Windows 7 beta and also the beta of the Windows Automated Installation Kit I’ve updated GImageX to work with these new beta versions. I’ve also tidied up parts of the documentation around installation and tweaked the “mount” functionality to provide better feedback during the operation.
Please note that GImageX is a third-party tool so please remember that you won’t be able to ring up Microsoft PSS to get support with it! However, it uses the official Microsoft published WIMGAPI SDK which is a supported way of working with WIM files.

Edit: Doesn't say anything about changing language files though.
