Problems with trying to set default app for some files

    Hi!

I would like to use my portavle foxit reader as default application for reading pdf-s. I wanted to add it with the usual right click/properties choose default program, but it did not appear in the list, even when i manually browsed ans selected the exe. How else could i make foxit reader as a default app for pdfs?

I am also having troubles with the media player, when i first ran it i chose to set what file extensions i want it to associate with, and i was surprised when i could not tick the checkboxes of the extensions, cause they were inactive.

    Please help!

    Thanks in advance.

You can Set Foxit Reader as default PDF reader in 3 ways.

1.If you have opened Foxit reader for the first time you will be asked whether to set Foxit reader as default reader click Yes to make Foxit reader as Default PDF reader.
2.Open Foxit Reader, from Help menu enable or select Set to Default PDF Reader.
3.Open My Computer select Tools>Folder options>select File Types and in registered file types select PDF in them and in open with click Change ,select Foxit Reader.
