Windows not minimizing to task bar . when i minimized it dis appears.

I remember for xp, there used to be a tool called Taskbar Repair Tool Plus which solved this problem. Dont know whether its around now or if it works in Win7.
I would suggest a thorough malware scan first.

Have you tried re-enabling the Start Menu? It may be that you have also disabled the function that informs the taskbar that a program has been minimized.

There are always negative side-effects when disabling "core" system options that are best left alone...

Yep, I re enabled. then its working fine.
But in Vista working fine, after disabling start menu also.
