Where do I find "services" menu in START menu?

In good ol' WinXP there was a menu in START menu

Programs->Administrative Tools->Services

Where do I find the corresponding entry in Windows 7 ?

I found neither an "Administrative Tools" nor an "services" entry

It's in the control panel in Windows 7.

Services - Start or Disable

Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

Or you could just type services.msc into the search box and press enter.

Administrative Tools - Add or Remove from Start Menu

if you want to have the menu just change the taskbar properties...
right click the orb and click properties...
look at the pic for the rest...
