Help and Search Issues

I suppose this might fall under gaming but it does not apply to gaming only.

Basically I have an issue happening with a game full screen and when I play it the search and help functions in windows constantly open and minimize the game. I am having issues with F1 opening help and something else opening the search which closes any full screen app I have open.

Personally I would like to strip the features right out of my install or break them so they can no longer work. I am pretty pissed off about this right now because they are useless features I never use and yet they cause me problems on a daily basis.

Any ideas how I can get rid of this once and for all?

I don't want to disable certain services because it disables other things effected by it. I do want to stop the keys from triggering the feature though.

That seems awfully strange...I believe there is a much bigger problem here...Couldn't say what, however.
