I create new account. And Now the error is disappear.
Well, other than doing a Repair Install above, about all you can do is copy what you want from the old user account into the new account. Afterwards, delete the old account from within the new account.
I had the same issue some time ago after using CC cleaner, also could not pin anything in the Favourites list. I did a repair install, takes about 20 min's and problem solved.

So, creating a new user account is pretty much the only way to solve this specific problem (can't pin or view recently opened folders by right clicking on Windows Explorer, which is already pinned to the taskbar)?
Does anyone know if would be possible the transfer the entire contents of one users accounts Desktop folder into the new one? Or do you have to start from scratch...
And what if you go thru all the trouble of making a new account and setting it up how you like it, and the problem just returns!
