    Question about Windows Photo Viewer


    why can't you view animation in the windows photo viewer. I can with windows xp when I right click and chose windows picture and fax viewer.
    now I have to open with IE...ty

Eventhough I have MS Office Picture Manager set as the default to open JPG files, when I click on the images file it opens with PhotoViewer (which would be OK if I was able to do even the more basic of editing.) I have not come across an instance of ever wanting to chose PhotoViewer for anything...

Since installing Win7 I noticed that the scrollbar for WPV is inverted (i.e., dragging down moves the image up) and I was wondering if there was a way to change that?
