    Question about show desktop

I have a customer's PC that was upgraded to Win 7 Pro 64-bit late last year. It's an HP Touchsmart BTW. For the most part everything has gone fine, but lately she has reported a strange issue with Outlook.

She is running Outlook 2007 and every time she replies to an email and goes to type all windows are minimized and the desktop is shown. She can click on the email from the task bar and bring it back up no problem. But it's annoying because she'll click reply and start typing and when she looks up from the keyboard it's on the desktop and of course nothing she typed is there.

She said that it mostly happened when she went to type, I thought maybe she was accidentally hitting a shortcut to show the desktop, but yesterday she said it happened before she even touched the keyboard.

I do most of my support remotely so this has been something that's been hard to troubleshoot because until yesterday I thought it was tied to "touching" the keyboard. Which is a MS bluetooth keyboard BTW.

I'm going to schedule a time to go over there and check it out, but I thought I would put up a preliminary post here to see if anyone has had anything like this happen before, and if so, found a fix.

This system had previously been running Vista 64-bit and didn't have this issue. Still well worth the upgrade though!!

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Have you tried deleting and rebuilding her mail profile?
