How many of you use Dreamscene in your Computer?

Dear Friends,
If u r interested just post here whether u use Dreamscene on your computer?
Sorry to differ with some of u but I feel it is waste of resources on the system and I don't use it although my system has the necessary potential to use it...

I feel most of the power users ay not be using it...

I have never wanted to use it. Just a waste of system resources. IMO

Comes down to user preference. If you want to use it, more power to you.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

That's a big nay from me. Waste of resources. I would rather have the slide show they have on win 7 now.

Windows 7 32bit

I don't use it, simple as that.
Why not ? I rather stay with a nice clean tight design wallpaper than a movie playing at the back all the time ..

I used it (even with my specs LOL) and I loved it. It would be a shame if it was ditched in 7 but the idea of moving background was cool . I do agree, however, that it would need to be greatly tweaked on 7 so as not to use up so many resources.

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I doubt Id use it because it would be an unnecessary use of resources.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bits

Once i had tested it but then after i never used it. Even talking on this penniless thing is waste of time.

Win7 64 bits FR

I used it for one or two months, then I disabled it. My GPU fan was running faster and I could hear it, it was annoying.

Dreamscene in 7127
Any consensus on how to get DreamScene running in Windows 7? The usual assortment of 'hacks' isn't what I mean, a little regedit perhaps? Codec install..? It's the only remnant of Vista I'd like to see in W7. ;)
