    What The Heck?!

I have Windows 7 on my new laptop (that I got recently, if anyone remembers that whole issue about selling my old laptop for a new one) and...everytime I try to rename this folder, it won't let me. Says it's being used when I know that's bull$hit.

When I thought it was the only problem, no. Internet Explorer keeps freezing when I open it, but Internet Explorer 64-bit doesn't...I mean I know my system is 64-bit, but my old laptop was a 64-bit but it played IE and IE 64-bit just the same...

Not only that, windows media player also keeps freezing and does not play any video files.

My M.U.G.E.N application also doesn't work.

And I JUST got this computer. What the **** is going on?

There are a lot of issues that seem to be going on.

Have you scanned for any malware? What anti-virus are you using at the moment?

Can you please fill out your specs as well?

I'd recommend just reformatting and reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows. Usual solves most problems. «
