Any RC1 Torrents?

Has anyone found out about a possible RC1 torrent? Somewhere they had it written that RC1 was build 7048, and I immediately got tempted.

Yes, but you see they're asking if Kevin Bacon has the RC. I want to know if I can have the RC.

Just post a link to a valid torrent when it gets up (directed at anyone reading this).

I don't know where to put this, I assumed Software. I always read about torrents over the web, saying "Get a live stream for this sports game with this torrent!" and I don't know what it is. My question is, in basic terms, what are torrents? Is it legal? Thanks.
