Anybody know what process novwwgde.exe is which appears in task manager?

Windows 7 Professional x64

I don't see any reference to that process on Google or Bing.

I suggest scanning for malware using Malwarebytes.

That's a good question, I googled it with 2 and 3 w's and this is what I got.

right-click on the file in Task Manager, open file location and then check the details of the file by right-clicking the file in the newly opened explorer window > properties > Details

If it does not provide any details regarding the author / application that you recognise, as others have suggested - scan it.
