Open elevated command window here

I could prolly figure it out but does anyone know offhand how to add an "Open elevated command window here" option in addition to the "Open command window here" shift+context menu for a folder?

I must be having a dull moment. I know how to shift+right click and get a command prompt. I'd like an elevated one the same way?

Edit 2: Got it finally!! (I needed this too)

Open Command Window Here as Administrator

Add these keys:
Code:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\runas]
@="Open elevated command window here"
"Extended"=""
"NoWorkingDirectory"=""

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\runas\command]
@="cmd.exe /s /k pushd \"%V\""

Nice. What's the Extended and NoWorkingDirectory for? I get the quoting issues and push/pop of the path.
