You are in the services tab. Do you see other tabs, that are not shown in screen shot?

If not try bringing up the task manager using different methods. Right click on task bar.
Type task manger in search, etc.

no theres no tabs or anything, (ino im in service tab but there no minimise button or close button, no tabs at all

Boot the computer first.

We will get it fixed. We always have the last resort of system restore. Take your time. You know that all the Members will be ready to help.

Try accessing task manager using different methods, as I said above.

If you just double click in the white space to the left of the Services button at the bottom all will be revealed. You can toggle back and forth this way.
Hope it works as it does for me
