    Can't launch explorer.exe by Win+E combination

    Hello there!
My problem is when I press Win+E combination, I receive "Unspecified error" instead of explorer.

Maybe it's result of registry cleaning program, but I don't have backups.
    Could anyone help, please?
I didn't find this problem solved at this forum.

First of all: Don't use registry cleaners. They're apt to cause more problems than they'll prevent. Think of it this way. You have a hard drive with 3 million files. Do you really think that deleting a couple hundred unused ones will cause your computer to run any faster? If you really need to use a registry cleaner, use a known and respected one like CCleaner. Although, I still don't recommend it at all.

Anyway, you'll probably need to perform a Repair Install.
