Win 7 Bootup problem

Hi there I've got a big problem this morning. My Windows 7 won't boot! All it does is restart at the loading screen. Win 7 is the only OS i have on the PC atm.

Apparantly i have a corrupted boot file and i have no idea how to fix it in win 7
it says: Root cause found:
Boot configuration is corrupt
Repair action: Partition table repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490

Thanks for the help guys
