    Desktop Icon Problem

    On ervery shortcut i create, there's always that other icon in front of it ;s
    Very irritating..
    i use windows 7 extreem edition, an costumizated version of the ultimate, i delete a file that manages icons in the explorer, that's ok, everything works fine except the desktop icons

    Help plz (:

    Hi Bert and welcome to Windows 7 Forums

    That would appear to be an overlay, just like the standard shortcut arrow. Have a look at this https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...e-restore.html to see if it can solve your problem.
