Go to this page ( Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons\System Icons ) to turn off the ones that are listed. For the rest you have to disable the program in the startups or "Hide icon and notification".
System Icons - Turn On or Off
Yea, i just said I have already done that, yet it shows up in the menu when you click the arrow, but not on the taskbar. I want it completely gone. And I dont want to disable it (partly because I cant disable the safely remove hardware icon)

How to remove delete icons from taskbar notification
Hope it works for you.
Can't have your cake and eat it. As long as they are running in the startups, they will show up - at least in the hidden box.
Not that it matters, but why would you do that anyhow.
PS: Just saw this thread, have a look. How to remove delete icons from taskbar notification
I see some utilities out there that claim to do it, but none free. Try the big download sites like download.com, snapfiles, softpedia etc..
I have no idea what the H is but I would assume that the icon for removing things wouldn't show if you don't have anything plugged in.
I've just got a utility to work with anything that's plugged into the USB ports, SafelyRemove, it will tell you what you have making it easy to unplug the correct item.
I dont want to remove the feature, cause i always hav eit plugged in. I just want them gone from the tray. and the H is AutoHotKey.
