First of all: Don't use registry cleaners. They're apt to cause more problems than they'll prevent. Think of it this way. You have a hard drive with 3 million files. Do you really think that deleting a couple hundred unused ones will cause your computer to run any faster? If you really need to use a registry cleaner, use a known and respected one like CCleaner. Although, I still don't recommend it at all.
Anyway, you'll probably need to perform a Repair Install.
