BIOS Onetime Password *Help Needed*
So I recently purchased a Vaio P92KS 2.0ghz 256gb SSD from Dynamism - Online shopping for Ultra-mobile Tech and Gadgets. I had it for about 3 days, set up a BIOS password and ran through a bunch of tweaking. Had the computer working perfectly and looking exactly to my liking, even got the boot time down to 19s, when alas I entered my BIOS password incorrectly 3x.
Tip: don't make your BIOS password something like 11313 or 13313 or 11331 because you will eventually enter it wrong.
Now it's on a screen giving me a Key and asking me for a "Onetime password".
I contacted Sony Support in the US and they asked me to fax them a receipt to prove ownership and they'd have the Onetime password to me within 24 business hours. I faxed it over and got a call about 2 hours later explaining that because my specific model was Japan-only, I'd have to contact Sony in Japan for the password. I contacted Sony Japan and they told me that because I didn't purchase the computer directly from Japan that I'd have to go through the importer that I used and they would contact them for the password. I contacted Dynamism and they told me that they could get it for me but it would take up to two weeks.
Does anyone have a quicker solution for me? I looked at Laptop Rebirth and I'm about 99% sure it's bogus, looked at a couple of ebay unlocking services which seem just as fake.
Anyone? Anything?
