Windows 7 Home Premium Messing Up Icons

This has been happening lately I bought 6 music programs, bit defender, and tuneup utilities. So this is not a virus doing this and ever since i installed these programs some of the icons went blank like in the picture, when i am in the explorer you can see every time i highlight an .exe file it shows up that picture every other file type works.

This computer is fairly new its an emachines and i got it x mas.

Please help this just started happening after installing those of programs

note that most of the icons work but sometimes after installing some other programs
in the start menu the icons wont show up either

this happened for
winrar
wavelab6
file renamer
and 2 other i cant think of the name

i fixed the icons by downloading them and then replacing them with a free icon changer

but now when its on the actual bottom i dont even know what to do for that and same with the one in windows explorer

the program on the bottom where the icon is messed up is one of tuneup utilities programs

if im in the actual start center itll show but i dont know
