I tried to install it twice but still no luck - the same BSOD:

    IRQ_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL

BTW: I've had no problems with 7077 build
Maybe you've gotten faulty installation files, works perfect for me.
Ah well, Maybe my 7077 was a bit faulty too.

Personally didn't have any issue with 7077, but saying that, 7100 is awesome I can't wait for RTM

Maybe download the file again and see if it installs this time.

So far, Only Lineage2 's GameGuard was having troubles.
I think all other games work.

IRQ_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL is usually a driver issue.

Nah, Rakion GameGuard doesn't work too. After GameGuard loads I'll get a BSOD with dump_wmimmc.sys error.

Since my last let-down with 7077, I decided to try 7100.

Here's a small review by myself, if I may. ^^

Alright, So a painstakingly slow download at some times, it finally finished after like 4 hours.
I copied it to my external hard disk, started up the installer, went through the process of installing.
After finally installing, I downloaded Mozilla, Winamp, copied my Music from my external hard disk etcetera etcetera...
So yeah, The ones who read my post about my 'big let down' know that I want Lineage II working on Windows 7.
I know the possibility to download a 'hexed' client without GameGuard enabled, which is perfect for me, because Lineage 2 starts up
It's just like build 7000 when coming across Lineage 2, all I need is to disable the GameGuard and I'll be able to play!
For the rest, It has an awesome driver support and I hadn't install drivers manually after the installation.
It's stable, fast and plainly awesome.

    In short, here's a small rating : 9/10
The reason I'm not giving it a 10 is because it still isn't the full product, it's the final RC, So everything else is plainly awesome.

I hope you kind of found this helpful or stimulating for installing this awesome build.
I am a very pleased person at the moment. :)

~Akatsui, Back from the let down.
One question : Have you made upgrade or clean install ,and what's the expiration date in winver?

What gfx card you got? I had a BSOD when I was using the nvidia geforce driver that came on the Windows 7 (7100) ISO I downloaded.

I just went to Nvidia's site and downloaded the latest driver there and since then no BSOD's

anyone notice the sidebar going nuts at times? i am using the same ole gadgets i had with the beta, and now it seems the gadget uses more resources, and peaks out over 215,000K... this seem awful high, and usuage peaks and valleys immensely, where i did not see this before, at all. Have had the sidebar crash once already. Tho some gadgets are not bugging out (showing the frame of the gadget) like before. Just seems as tho MS tweaked around on the sidebar some... making it unstable, atleast in front of my eyes.

has my dual core working overtime.
