BCD Corrupt and wont rebuild

Hi

Windows 7 BCD went corrupt and then wouldn't rebuild.

Step by step instructions on how to write a completely new BCD would be great.

One hard drive - C. One partition, windows 7 professional

thanks for the quick reply, yes i did, when it finishes scanning it says "windows installations found: 0"
