Can't figure out how to unzip files to my start menu

What I want to do is extract files from a zip file to a folder in my start menu. If anybody could help me out with this that would be great. Thanks

In your start menu you would normally only have shortcuts. Find the real location of the folder (in Properties) and unzip to there.

Welcome to the Forum,
Are these program files or something else?
I don't think you can extract directly to the start menu, but this tutorial might help you out.
