    msdia80.dll on my C Drive

What is this thing? And more importantly...can I move it to where I want? I wasn't exactly planning on deleting it...

I read that the RIGHT place for this thing was program files (x64 or x86)/common files/microsoft shared/VC...

...yet this thing was exactly in this location: C:/...right in my C drive.

So...I moved it to the location where the VC folder is.

    Did I do something terrible?

64 bit one, that guide Crispy posted is specifically for 64 bit windows and says to put it in Program Files NOT Program Files X86
