Can't rename files

Hello all,

I have a user that can't rename files located in his "my Documents" folder (Getting "you don't have permission...). He can create and delete files in the folder. This is a domain machine running Win 7 on a Win 03 domain. I am redirecting the "my docs" folder to a network share. He is having the same problem if he goes directly to the share. If he logs into another machine (winxp) he is able to rename the files. I have made him the owner of the folder and replicated it downward to the other folders and files and made sure that it took.

Thanks for any help!
