    Hello Carapau,

You can run this command below in a elevated command prompt to remove the hidden folder attribute from the C:\Program Files folder. :)

    attrib -h "C:\Program Files" /s /d

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Try this (again from an Elevated Command Prompt):

    attrib -h "C:\Program Files" /s /d

I got this message: "O ficheiro de sistema - C:\Program Files não será reposto" which is something like "The file system file - C:\Program Files will not be reinstated"

    Carapau,

Are you using the command in a elevated (right click and run as administrator) command prompt?

Here is what I get from this command:

    Program Files problem-capture.png

You might like to try both the commands in turn.

Umm, strange. Well, since it just happened, you can also do a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened to undo it.
