Windows 7: Search for folder

Hi all, I can't find folders in the Windows 7 search, I even type folders that I know are there, but it still does not find them, even win98 used to find folders, could someone help me with this please!

What folders are you looking for?

They may not be folders. . . virtualization and Junctions come to mind.

Try kind:folders foldername

Where is the folder located? Is it on the boot drive or elsewhere? If elsewhere you need to tell Search to look there. To do this, click the Start orb, then enter search. Click on Change how windows searches and add the other location/drive.
