Windows 7: No standby with wireless Microsoft mouse

No standby with wireless Microsoft mouse

When we use our wireless Microsoft mouse, it does not let our computer go on standby. CAn you tell me why this is? And what I can do about it? I love havi ng a wireless mouse.

Go onto your settings, ( sleep mode ) and adjust your wake up settings... GL

You will probably need to go to the Device Manager, select the HID-compliant devices->USB Input Device for the mouse, go to the Power Management tab and Uncheck the "Allow this device to wake the computer" option.
