having all programs come up automatically
when clicking the windows key, is there anyway to have all programs come up automatically, rather then having to click on it. would be better

dont really want any of that, happy with the way everything is, but ideally would like all programs to come up automatically so i have all programs accessible and my computer and my documents when i click the start button. instead i have to add huge icons instead of just having everything instantly accessible. would there be some hack to do this, regedit so all programs automatically is clicked as soon as i click the windows key....

You can do it from the keyboard by hitting the up arrow once and then the right arrow or enter. Not exactly what you want, but easier than the mouse.

Other than making a Quick Launch toolbar, you don't have many options remaining.
It is what it is.
Pin your most frequent apps to the Start Menu.
