Hard Drive Not Recognized Hey I have a new Western Digital 500GB Caviar Green Hard Drive, and it is recognized in my computer, it is formatted and I have marked the partition as active. Yet it will not show up in my Windows 7 installation. How do I make it show up in the installation screen? | My System Specs |

Is the drive hooked up to different controller, like an on-board raid controller? If so you may need to create a driver disk but it would be much easier to just put on the drive on same controller as the other drive.
