Screen resolution portrait mode problem.

I use Windows 7 build 7068, and when I set the screen resolution to the portrait mode (1050x1680) the fonts get a bit fuzzy. It seems like everything was move a fraction of a pixel to right, so when you have a black pixel next to a white one, the white pixel gets a bit of color (seems a little purple). Anyone knows how to fix this?
