When tagging files on my HDD I wasn't able to tag any of the "archive" files (those with rar, zip or 7z extension,; I haven't tried any other), and since it would be really tedious to tag files inside of those archives (and searching would be even more bothersome because of the amount of files), I'd like to ask if there are any archives that can be tagged.
I know there are some external programs that can tag all files, such as TaggedFrog, but all I've tried keep tags outside the file data, thus making the program useless if the files are moved manually.
So, I have these two questions I'd be glad to find answers to:
Is there any archive file that can be tagged in Windows 7 without using third party software?
Is there any (preferably free) program that can be used to tag files, that stores data in files or automatically detects when tagged files are moved?
