Taskbar on bottom? A lot of the programs I use have this glitch where when they open, they open below the taskbar, and they're stuck. Is there a way to fix this, possibly by making the taskbar below everything?

Thank you, you seem to be seeing me around.
It is, I don't like the 8 dots in between everything, they don't look very sleek.

have u tried hiding (or dragging it to another edge temorarily) the taskbar, and then moving the offending windows up into the middle of the desktop, then closing them. Does this help them to appear in the correct place? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP dv6519tx OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU 1.80 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor T7100 Memory 3 gig ddr2 Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays 15.4” WXGA High Definition BrightView Widescreen Screen Resolution 1280 x 800 Keyboard 101 key compatible Mouse Touch Pad with On/Off button and dedicated vertical Scroll PSU 90 W AC Power Adapter Cooling Kitchen plate under the lappy Hard Drives Hitachi 320 GB (5400 rpm) Internet Speed Three Wireless internet prepaid using E160G USB dongle |

When an application is hidden outside the visible desktop area, you can move it back. Offscreen Window - Move Back to Desktop
1. Make sure the application has the focus (Select it on the taskbar)
2. Press Alt+Space and them M
3. Press any arrow key, then you can move the application using the mouse.
4 Place it anywhere on the desktop
