    Taskbar on bottom?

A lot of the programs I use have this glitch where when they open, they open below the taskbar, and they're stuck. Is there a way to fix this, possibly by making the taskbar below everything?

    Is your taskbar locked?

PS: That blue is much better.

Thank you, you seem to be seeing me around.

It is, I don't like the 8 dots in between everything, they don't look very sleek.

have u tried hiding (or dragging it to another edge temorarily) the taskbar, and then moving the offending windows up into the middle of the desktop, then closing them. Does this help them to appear in the correct place?

Yes, unfortunately I do have to end up moving my taskbar to move them out, but having it automatically hide is a good idea. Thanks!

When an application is hidden outside the visible desktop area, you can move it back.

Offscreen Window - Move Back to Desktop

    1. Make sure the application has the focus (Select it on the taskbar)
    2. Press Alt+Space and them M
    3. Press any arrow key, then you can move the application using the mouse.
4 Place it anywhere on the desktop
