Windows Explorer Menu Bar Problem.

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to delete the bar with the buttons, "Organize", "Include in Library", "Share with", etc. in Windows Explorer when a folder is opened in Windows 7. I never use the buttons on this bar and it's just taking up screen space. Thanks.

I would like to map a network drive within Windows 7, and, I found some helpful instructions at http://www.itechtalk.com/thread3673.html, however, when I open Windows Explorer I do not see a menu bar. How do I activate the menu bar to show within explorer?

i cant get rid of the menu bar in windows explorer, as you can see in the image below i have unticked the menu bar but nothing happens, even when restarted, ticked then unticked but its still there... help please.
