    Vga ram

My notebook VGA internal memory is 128 MB and it's enough for me since I don't play games or similar applications.
But 7 shows that there are 767 MB of shared system memory!
I just have 2 GB of RAM and don't wanna assign 767 MB additional RAM to VGA, how can I disable this?
I didn't found it in SETUP.
    Anyone knows?
    Thanks.

Well the point of shared system memory is exactly that, it's shared. You wouldn't be able to do many things at all with only 128MB of video ram and no shared memory to fall back on.

If you really really want to stop your video card from accessing shared system memory you'd need to do so in your BIOS settings. There should be an option in there which lets you specify what amount of system memory to allow the graphics card to access. Again, I don't recommend it, as your graphics card will only use what it needs and that memory is still accessible to other applications when it isn't being used by the graphics card.

Unfortunately, notsograymatter is correct there.. It can't be changed by settings in the drivers or in Windows itself, see this thread on MS TechNet forums [link]:

We are not able to change it with Windows system programs. Generally it is needed to be changed via BIOS. Some manufacturers release programs for BIOS settings so we can change it in system, but finally it change the BIOS setting to make it work.

I suggest you access the following website.
    Medion USA

You may try to download the latest BIOS for your computer. If the option is still not present, I suggest you contact the manufacturer’s support for more information.

    This should help a bit,

Windows Display Driver Model - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Think of it as a pagefile for video that only gets used if/when it is needed. It is just allocated and not taken from anything until such a time.
