You need permission to perform this action System32

I need to replace some system32 files with other ones.

I am trying to put a skin on 7 and unable to replace browseui Backup.dll and browseui.dll

I've tried unlocking the admin account and taking permission of the folder with no success.


Perhaps I've missed something, any suggestions?

I've faced this issue before. There are two ways to Fix You need permission to perform this action Error. One of the following step should help majority of the people facing this issue.

Follow the steps below

1.Booting into Safe Mode
2.By changing the Owner
