Windows 7 - Keyboard Shortcut(s)

1) Is there a Windows 7 shortcut that will select a sentence or a full line?
2) Is there a GOOD keyboard shortcut quick reference sheet anyone has found?

I have done several searches on the two above, and I feel like those people in the commercial that run a search and start spouting off tangent information after tangent information...

In answer to your questions:

I think this might be what you're looking for, it's not the most elegant of shortcuts but it'll do the job:

Three steps to select the word, sentence or paragraph the cursor is on

Be sure the cursor is within the word, sentence or paragraph you want to select.
Press F8 until the text you want to select is highlighted.
To deselect press ESCand then a cursor key.
