    Format / clean PC/system


    Hi,
    Need your help please

    I need to know how i can format my laptop,,, means i get it clean of anything,, no O/S e.t.s ,, then i know how to install the windows O/S once again! i just need to know the easy way can ensure formatting the laptop and nothing 100% still on in hard disk!

    Sure, no problem. Follow these instructions for doing a clean install: Clean Install Windows 7

    Step 8 tells you how to format.

    To put it simple, insert the Windows DVD and then format the drive in which you want to install the OS later. This way, no traces are left behind.

    Note: Take a backup of all docs u want to preserve.

    Hi guys ,,, just simple question!
    Just to understand up to my PC knowledge

    By putting the Windows CD into the Laptop and re install the WINDOWS that means the system has been formatted and new windows take place with no traces are left behind! same as NEW?

    Sorry if this is just stupid question but i really need to know

    So new install windows means system formatted and no traces are left behind ... and now i start downloading what ever new programs and softwares i need same as i just purchased the laptop! :) :) :)

    Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command[2]=General Tips

    Doing a full format depending on the disc size may take a few hours.
