Help all programs minimizing randomly

Hey I just got latest version of windows 7 installed on my new msi gx620 laptop and I am having one problem. Any window I have open whether its a game or firefox it randomly minimizes. Very annoying when I am trying to play games. I am not hitting any buttons or anything to cause this.

Any help or input is appreciated.
