Windows 7: Printer Ports Not Saved!

Printer Ports Not Saved!
Hi everyone, I have Windows 7 Premium. I created a new local printer port, saved it successfully. Yet, everytime I reboot my computer, the port I created was gone, thus, switching my printer to go offline. BTW, it is a standalone computer and my printer is directly connected to my CPU, using USB port. I tried creating a port and did not assign that port to any printer, yet it's still disappears after restart.
