Animation Fails

Well, I don't know when this happened, but now when I put my mouse over the Aero Peek button I don't get the glassy look at the desktop. I do have a custom theme.

The other thing is the start button. When I hover my mouse over it, there should be a transition animation as the start orb glows. But thats gone, and it acts like the Vista Start Orb - no animation between the two images at all.

Help please. =)

Did you modify any win 7 files for the "custom" theme?
