PC comes out of hibernation automatically

I'm using Windows 7 RC1 (bld 7100) and have it set to hibernate when I push the power button. That works fine, but I'm noticing that after a while - maybe 15 minutes but I'm not sure how long - the computer will come out of hibernation by itself. I'm also running Vista on this PC (dual boot setup) and it does not have this wake-up issue when I set it to hibernate. The hardware is set the same in both OS's. Specifically I have unchecked the "allow this device to wake the computer" option for the NIC and mouse in the power management properties. Any suggestions as to how to stop this will be appreciated :)

Thanks for the reply. I found an option in the power configuration settings called "allow wake timers" which by default was enabled. I've disabled it and so far the system is not coming out of hibernation on it's own. If the problem remains fixed for a couple of days I'll post again to confirm.
