Win 7 turned back into XP!????

    Sounds like your BIOS is just loading the slave drive instead of the primary. In the BIOS somewhere there should be a setting to change that.

    i will take a look and if i cant figure it out ill ask for your assistance. thanks again! do you know how this would have changed on its own?

    Before I updated my BIOS to the latest one, when I plugged a USB Flash Drive into a USB port, it would change the boot order of my drives to boot the Secondary drive first.

    Whether this is the case or not for you I do not know but you could always see if theres a BIOS update for your motherboard. :)

    i did just get a new phone and had it plugged in usb.... maybe. ill check on the update, everything is working fine now. thanks agan

    If you've got an overclocking friendly BIOS it can decide to change BIOS setting automatically in the event it thinks the computer crashed to due overclocking. Some of these changes are rather indiscriminate. Or maybe you updated your BIOS? Those are the two things I can think of off the top of my head.
