Try this:
Safe Mode

Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.

System Repair Disc - Create
System Recovery Options
Repair Install

Hi Lumpytaco,

1) Try the startup repair options suggested by Theog. If that doesn’t solve the problem, you can also try to run the following commands to re-create your bootmgr file. Each command has to be on a separate line:
expand bootmgr temp
attrib bootmgr -s -r -h
del bootmgr
ren temp bootmgr
attrib bootmgr -a +s +r +h
I would also recommend to uncheck the option “compress to save disk space” for each hard drive and partition.

2) You can create a system repair disk but if you happen to be stuck on a non-Windows 7 computer, you can also download it from the following site:

Download Windows 7 System Recovery Discs — The NeoSmart Files

3) Also, check your hard disk for errors. Run this command.

chkdsk C:\ /f /r

I actually cant get into the Advanced boot menu (tapping f8 once a second right from the start of the boot)
So i went with The download of the recovery discs from NeoSmart Files and am still downloading
Also how do i get into the commpand prompt line without having that option of going into the advanced boot menu???
