Windows 7 - Automatically resize apps after Monitor Switch Off

Hi there, I have my homepc connected to a full hd tv with a resolution of 1920x1080. The problem is that I have applications like iExplorer started and sized to a high dialog (but not maximized), when I leave the pc for some minutes, perhaps the monitor is switch off by the energy system, all applications are automatically resized to dimensions like 1024x768 (or something like that). I mean, windows automatically resize all applications that is a little bit annoying. This is occurring for last one or two months, perhaps cause by an automatic update.Does anyone know have to avoid windows automatically resizing all application dialogs?Thanks in advance.
