| | Forward - Backward Slash? If I type in or copy a file location in Windows 7 (using back slashes) then try to paste it into a box in another application I get forward slashes and the application, whatever it is, cannot find that location. Eg. I type Z:\Graphics\Animals\Birds II\Lunch I get Z:/Graphics/Animals/Birds II/Lunch I've tried it on several applications and never had this problem with XP (on different computers). This is annoying as all get out, and I wonder if Windows 7 keyboard codes are screwed up, or is it my hardware? |

| | It would be your applications they do not understand the forward slash. Windows it self has no problems with forward slashes. |
