Windows 7 - text and icons get fuzzy after mouseover, or scrolling

| | text and icons get fuzzy after mouseover, or scrolling Hi, my text and icons get fuzzy for about a second after mouseover, scrolling a page, or if there are moving graphics in the background such as in games. This happens on my desktop, in firefox, IE, or in a game, it seems to only effect text and icons, any help would be appreciated. I am using Windows 7 64 bit, a 9800 gt graphichs card, and the latest drivers. |

| | Does this happen on a cold and a hot system? And did you get your drivers for your card from MS or the manufacturers website |

| | Fill out system specs. It may be memory problems. How much RAM? Type the words memory diagnotics in search. Then take the memory diagnotics test. Last edited by richc46; 05-21-2010 at 11:12 PM.. |

| | Try Resetting IE to default. IE TOOLS/ Internet Options/ Advanced/ RESET. Let us know how that went. |
