Speech recognition

I use soeech recognition promarily for entering numbers into spreadsheets.
I decided to try the native WIN 7 Speech Recognition rather than upgrading Dragon.
I can't get to accurately do numbers. Is there a command or key you can use to specifiy numbers?

Thanks. Yes, when I first set it up. Didn't see anything specifically related to numbers unless I messed it.
